Copyright applies to the text of this book, the wording and structure of the protocols, the selection and arrangement of the material, the explanations, and other original forms of expression.

Existing Retail Edition

The English-language retail edition released through BookBaby in 2015 remains subject to the applicable distribution and retailer agreements while its withdrawal from those channels is being completed.

Copies previously purchased through authorized retailers remain subject to the terms under which they were acquired.

Replacement of This Notice

This is a temporary rights notice. It remains effective until it is expressly replaced in an officially published edition by a new licensing notice issued by the copyright holder.

The intended future license is Creative Commons Attribution – NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). That license is not yet in effect.
