Practice — Phase 2

Phase 2 is the practical part of the Turbo-Suslik System. This section moves from the general theory of cognitive processing to the actual structure of work: how protocols are used, how sessions are organized, what kind of internal reactions may appear, and how the user is expected to continue the process without turning it into analysis, self-persuasion, or psychological drama.

The emphasis here is on direct application. The system does not require the user to understand every internal mechanism in advance. What matters is correct use of the protocols, regular engagement with the material, and the ability to observe changes without constantly interfering with the process. Practice is where the abstract model becomes concrete work.
