Psychologists’ Opinions on Turbo-Suslik
Official recommendations of Turbo-Suslik from practicing psychologists should not really be expected: it is a non-standard self-directed system and does not belong to academic psychotherapy. A psychologist working in a professional field will usually not publicly recommend a method that sits outside their educational, clinical, and legal framework.
At the same time, some Turbo-Suslik users are professional psychologists who have used the system for themselves. We also know that some of them unofficially recommend it to acquaintances or clients as a self-directed tool, not as a replacement for therapy. Any opinion — positive or negative — should be read soberly: did the person actually practice Turbo-Suslik, did they read the full book, and what is their judgment based on? Most loud “expert” opinions come from people who have never worked with the system.
